It has been such great spring. I love all the flowers everywhere. I keep looking at potential photo shoot locations from the freeway and realize, why not in front of our house? This field has given us so much. For my boys, this is where they play catch, drive RC cars, make forts, ride bikes, and just hangout with friends. I found the boys shirt-less (donβt ask me why) jumping on our couches one afternoon. So I called them to come outside so I can take one picture. Not sure why someone left this metal box here that day, but it was perfect for their stage, to sing and dance “We Will We Will…Rock You!” What fun!

Oh how I love these! So often we see little girls twirling in flowy dresses when the spring brings its wild flowers – but these images of your boys (plus a couple) are such a perfect capture of boyhood! Love the shirtless, jumping, laughing faces. I just adore the playful spirit you capture here!

Kay, you captured your life with boys perfectly. Life with boys is pure fun, chaos, and shirtless! Love the candid images you captured, especially the ones of your littlest and the one of H. laying in all the foliage. You are lucky to have that open field in front of your house. And it’s back-lit too? Perfection!
