I am excited to share with you one of my favorite family sessions at the Cactus Garden in Balboa Park.Β It is always a joy to see this family. Their positive energy is infectious. Can you tell?
At the pre-session consultation, I always ask about the kids and how they are. It’s fun to hear what they are into, what sports they play, and how their personality have grown. Then I visualize their portrait session and the images I would like to create for the family. I plan out the little spots where I would bring the family and how I would direct them to interact with each other. But the fact is, when I am with the client, I forget most of my planning and I just go with the flow. When my mind is in sync with them, I create the most beautiful image.
