Mission Trails offers a variety of scenic spots that can serve as stunning backdrops for your family photos. You might consider taking photos by the lake, near some of the park’s iconic rock formations, or along one of the many hiking trails.
This particular spot is a part of hiking trails called Grassland Loop Trail. It’s one of my favorite spot for it’s beautiful mountain backdrops and tall golden grass in the fall. Just when the son goes over the mountains, this location gets gorgeous golden light, illuminating the grass and the hills behind you. This time of the day is very quiet which makes it perfect for family photography.
If you have children that are active and enjoy exploring nature, Mission Trails hiking trails are perfect option for you. We often times find flowers, birds and interesting clouds. Being in the nature will help anyone relax and find joy in the moment.
