I am so excited to share some of my favorite images from the Simpson Family’s portrait session in the Eucalyptus grove in La Jolla. This is a popular natural attraction located in the coastal community of La Jolla in San Diego, California. The grove is known for its stunning collection of towering Eucalyptus trees, which create a picturesque and serene environment, making this location one of the favorite for a La Jolla family photographer like myself.
The trees were originally planted in the early 1900s as part of a eucalyptus reforestation project and have since flourished, becoming a distinctive feature of the area.
The Eucalyptus grove offers visitors a peaceful escape from the bustling city life. It provides shaded pathways for walking, jogging, and enjoying nature. Many people also visit the grove for picnics, photography, or simply to relax in the tranquil surroundings. I love the magical lighting filtering through the trees, creating a soft even lighting on my clients’ faces.
Overall, the Eucalyptus grove is one of the popular spot for family photographers in La Jolla for its serene natural setting, these majestic trees and a peaceful environment. If you’d like to see more images from the Eucalyptus grove in La Jolla, visit the link.
